Prefects Leadership Training
Throughout this immersive experience, students engage in dynamic workshops, collaborative projects, and practical exercises that empower them to lead effectively in their respective environments. Participants also have the unique opportunity to pitch innovative project ideas, receive mini-grants, and implement impactful initiatives that address challenges within their school communities. This hands-on approach ensures that our student leaders are not only well-informed but also capable of driving meaningful change.

Special guests, including esteemed figures such as the Commissioner for Education, provide invaluable insights and mentorship to the newly inducted prefects. In addition to honoring the prefects, we also recognize their liaison teachers, our dedicated faculty members, facilitators, and volunteers.
This event is further enriched by the launch of significant resources, including the Prefects Leadership Training Manual, equipping all attendees with tools for ongoing leadership development.
